What does it cost to have a tea party at the Pardee Home?
The donation for a Afternoon Tea is $40.00 per person, and for a Dessert Tea, $30.00. A tour of the home is included. The donation for High Tea in the gardens is $45.00 per person. Donation pricing is subject to change.
What is your Payment and Cancellation Policy for Pardee Home Teas?
Payments must be made by check payable to the Pardee Historic Home Museum, Inc. or by credit card within two weeks after making the reservation. Because the operation of PHM teas is done entirely by volunteers who purchase and donate the ingredients and because we do not want to turn away guests that we otherwise might have welcomed on the scheduled date, no refund will be made unless the event is cancelled at least two weeks in advance. Nonpayment by the expected date will be interpreted as a cancellation; however, a reminder will be sent giving you an additional 5 days to make your payment.
For teas reserved 3 or more months in advance, a non-refundable deposit of $10 per guest is required within two weeks of confirming the reservation. A final payment is due 6 weeks prior to your tea date.
When are house tours offered at the Pardee?
We offer tours every second and third Saturday at 10:30 am. We also offer specialty private tours for your group. You may make a reservation by filling out the inquiry form on the Contact Us page. What is the cost of a home tour at the Pardee?
Suggested donation $10 per person. Children 12 and under are always free. Admission at the door by cash or check only! Check out the HOME TOURS page on the site for more Tours information.
Members are always free when showing their membership card.
What is the Payment and Cancellation Policy for Pardee Home Tours?
For tours of more than 10, a deposit of $50 is required to reserve the date. Payment may be made by check payable to the Pardee Home Museum. This deposit is refundable if the tour is cancelled at least 10 days in advance.
What areas of the Pardee House may I rent for an event?
You may rent the beautiful garden spaces, as well as hosting a private tea in the dining room. Refer to the EVENT SPACE page to find out more information about event rentals, or fill out the CONTACT inquiry form so that we may respond to you by email or phone about your event questions.
